Identify the property manager for each address or exterior sequence, especially when the itinerary includes waterfront or neighboring-city locations. An interview booking does not settle those additional access questions.

At a convention or hotel, obtain loading instructions, room availability, filming boundaries, and a direct AV contact. An interview near a session or reception may need acoustic separation even when it is convenient for guests. For coastal exteriors, consider wind, sun position, and current conditions before committing to dialogue outside. Keep a sheltered recording option if the exterior is useful context but the conversation is the priority.
