Raleigh, NC
video production.
Show what a Raleigh, North Carolina organization does through its people and purposeful workplace scenes. Flywheel Video develops the story, prepares and films interviews, and edits the material into a main film or internal message with a clear audience, rather than an undefined collection of office footage.

These portfolio examples help frame a Raleigh corporate brief around the communication job: introducing an initiative, showing its practical effect and choosing which versions different audiences actually need.

Local production planning
Put each office on the plan by its actual address.
The North Carolina Film Office works with regional production partners across the state. Use those regional resources as a starting point, then identify the property and municipality for every Raleigh-area location. Offices elsewhere in the Triangle should have their own address and host contact, with interview activity, equipment access and exterior coverage described separately when routing location questions.

and the filming day.
For a Raleigh corporate film, ask the client to connect each planned interview with the business question it should answer. Reserve a room that can remain quiet through setup and recording, then arrange approved workplace activity with the appropriate team contact. If the day includes another office, keep travel, visitor entry and a new setup period visible. Screens, collaboration and demonstrations need preparation as much as the speaker does; identify what can be shown and which assets or graphics will be supplied for the edit.
Planning example · illustrative brief
Hypothetical brief: a leadership message with team perspectives
A company needs a Raleigh film explaining an initiative to employees in several locations. One possible brief records a leader’s overview and a team member’s practical perspective, with a common topic guide connecting them. Approved workplace footage illustrates the points rather than simply filling the timeline. The communications team supplies names, brand assets and review contacts. The editor knows which version is intended for the whole organization and whether shorter messages are needed, so each interview is planned around a useful role within the finished content.
From local capture
to final delivery.
Include the Raleigh addresses, building contacts, interview subjects and intended channels. Share the topic outline and who consolidates feedback. We can shape a story around the team’s responsibilities, film relevant workplace activity and edit a focused film. Define brand references, graphics, captions and any shorter versions while preserving the particular work and voices that make this organization’s story specific.

Provisional planning guidance
Scope each office and each audience before estimating.
A Raleigh corporate film may combine leadership interviews, team activity and another Triangle office. Each address brings entry, movement and setup needs. Pricing should also reflect prepared workplace demonstrations, brand assets, graphics and the difference between an organization-wide message and shorter team versions, with one clear route for consolidated review.

Assumptions and costs to confirm
Planning assumptions
- Starter USD planning allowances are working benchmarks, not a universal industry rate card or a final quote. Flywheel confirms the scope, crew, schedule and commercial terms.
- Creative planning assumes discovery, a story outline, interview themes and basic production preparation.
- Each production day assumes up to eight hours with a two-person interview or corporate production crew and a standard camera, basic lighting and sound package. Specialist equipment, extra crew and overtime need separate review.
- Routine location coordination and ordinary interview preparation are included in the planning and filming allowances; those calculator rows add no separate charge. Location changes can still increase filming time.
- Editing combines a base allowance for each distinct main film plus an allowance for the total finished minutes. The base alone is not the complete editing price.
- An additional version means reframing or a straightforward shorter cut from the approved main film. New concepts, languages, major restructuring or extensive graphics need separate review.
- Editing assumes two consolidated rounds of client feedback. Final review rounds, media handoff, source files, storage and licensing must be defined in the agreed scope.
- All visitor quantities are working assumptions. Unknown scope, complex requirements or specialist review terms can prevent an automatic numerical estimate.
Exclusions unless agreed in scope
- Travel and accommodation unless expressly included.
- Location fees, permits, talent and usage rights unless expressly included.
- Stock, music, third-party licenses and taxes unless expressly included.
- Specialist equipment, additional languages, animation, visual effects, broadcast and unusual access requirements unless expressly included.
- Additional filming, changed creative direction and new deliverables outside the confirmed scope.

Questions, answered
Plan your Raleigh
production.
Resolve the location, capture and delivery questions before the filming day.
How should we plan a Raleigh shoot that also includes another Triangle office?
Provide each address, municipality, host and required interview window. Include visitor entry, unloading and a new setup at the second office. The regional schedule should explain why that location matters to the story, allowing the estimate to reflect a real production move rather than distance alone.
What makes a Raleigh meeting room suitable for leadership interviews?
Ask whether it can remain quiet through setup and recording, with nearby meetings, ventilation and window light considered. Share a room video with sound and photographs of the proposed background. Prepare screens and documents so the interview represents the organization without revealing unrelated business information.
Can the same shoot produce an internal message and public-facing film?
It can, if both purposes are present in the brief. Specify what employees already know, what outside viewers need explained and which statements require approval. We can shape questions and coverage accordingly, then price the separate editorial work instead of treating two audiences as interchangeable exports.
What should the company prepare to keep the corporate estimate focused?
Supply the approved topic outline, participant list, brand assets and examples of the work to show. Name the person consolidating feedback. For a Raleigh workplace film, clear demonstration arrangements and realistic speaker windows are often more useful to scoping than a long list of unrelated stylistic references.
