The project addressed different communication needs within Pathways to Graduation. Social content invited prospective students to explore the program, while a landing-page film introduced the benefits of joining.

A separate internal presentation showcased staff, faculty and student successes as part of a professional development initiative. Flywheel Film’s documented scope spans concept and strategy, interview filming, editing, sound and color, with each piece serving its own audience.

Planning a
similar project?

For a new education project, distinguish the prospective student’s questions from the school community’s communication needs. Build interview themes around the people each film should reach, then choose examples and activity that make the program understandable.

Plan participant arrangements, approved program terminology and factual review with the institution. Define the main introduction, recruitment versions and internal presentation separately, while agreeing which visual elements and source material can be shared across the production.
